Uluwatu

Uluwatu is the tip of the Bukit peninsula: cliffs, Pura Luhur temple, clifftop clubs and surf breaks for people who know the water.

DPS is 45–75 minutes. Three to five nights if you want sunsets and dramatic ocean. With small children or little surf experience, Sanur is gentler.

Many “beaches” are long staircases to coves. The temple is packed at sunset — arrive 60–90 minutes early or watch from a nearby viewpoint.

Nusa Dua and Jimbaran share the peninsula. Canggu is a different south. Do not plan dinner in Canggu and sunset here on the same evening.
