Jimbaran is known for fish dinners on the sand at sunset, looking over the bay. It is close to the airport, so many people use it as a last night before a morning flight.

DPS is 15–30 minutes. One or two nights plus a dinner is the usual recipe; a week here is flat if you also want surf and culture.

Pick the restaurant from recent reviews, not the first tout on the sand. Agree the price first (fish by the kilo).

Nusa Dua and Uluwatu are on the same peninsula. Kuta is just north. It is a poor daily base for Ubud.
